When you submit our inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), bedroom preference, desired move-in date, and any message.

We do not knowingly collect more than you choose to share through the form.

To respond to your rental inquiry, answer questions, and help you schedule a tour.

To send you calls and text messages about your inquiry and apartment availability, where you have agreed to be contacted (see “Text messaging” below).

We do not sell your personal information.

If you provide your phone number and submit the inquiry form, you agree we may text you about your inquiry and availability. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent to texts is not a condition of renting. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

Our text messages are delivered through a trusted third-party messaging provider.

With our management company, Jordon Perlmutter & Co., to respond to and manage your inquiry.

With trusted service providers that help us operate the website, deliver our email and text messages, and run our leasing and resident systems — under contracts that limit their use of your information to providing those services.

When required by law.

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and as required by applicable law, then delete or de-identify it.

If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data, to opt out of certain processing, and to appeal a denial of a request.

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
